Research highlights ayurveda’s potential to reduce healthcare costs, enhance workforce productivity, and support resilient communities, aligning closely with global health and sustainability mandates (Nesari, 2023; Nedungadi, Salethoor, Puthiyedath, Kessler & Raman, 2023.
